The role emphasizes agile delivery, strong communication, and remote leadership of software, automation, and tech-change programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive project management experience with digital transformation focus.
• Proven success managing complex cross-functional projects in distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana).
• Excellent communication, leadership and remote stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree and PMP/Agile certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital transformation projects.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risks for software and automation initiatives.
• Coordinate across globally distributed teams and stakeholders via virtual tools.
• Create charters, plans, status reports, and post-mortem analyses.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the lifecycle.
• Champion adoption of new digital tools and processes across the organization.
