Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives from a fully remote setup. You will steer multi-team efforts, define scope and deliverables, and ensure on-time delivery across departments.

With 6+ years in project management and strong Agile expertise, you will drive organizational change, manage budgets, and communicate progress to stakeholders using virtual channels. This role is fully remote and nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management with a strong emphasis on digital transformation or IT projects.
• Proven success in managing complex projects in a fully remote or distributed team setting.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills for remote environments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and manage organizational transition.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage cross-functional teams in a virtual environment, fostering a collaborative and productive atmosphere.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business strategy.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets for remote teams.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes effectively to all stakeholders through virtual channels.
