Placements24 is seeking a Digital Learning Specialist to join a fully remote team delivering innovative online courses. You will design, develop, and implement engaging digital learning experiences for diverse curricula, collaborating with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and educational technologists to create best-in-class environments.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Design or Educational Technology, with 5+ years of digital learning development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of digital learning development and instructional design experience.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and online pedagogy.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to create engaging multimedia content.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, esp. in remote teams.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation in education.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement engaging digital learning courses and modules.
• Create multimedia content, including videos, interactive simulations, and e-learning materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate subject matter into online learning experiences.
• Provide technical and pedagogical support to instructors and learners using digital platforms.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in digital learning and educational technology.
• Manage learning management systems (LMS) and ensure seamless user experience.
• Develop guidelines and best practices for online course design and delivery.
• Conduct training sessions for faculty and staff on digital learning tools and strategies.
• Ensure all digital learning content is accessible and meets accessibility standards.
