• Troubleshooting, good fault finding and problem-solving skills.
• External customers software installation and upgrades.
• Drafting quotations.
• Offer first call resolution to client.
• Remote diagnostic, remote user mobile support.
• Meeting service targets and ability to work under pressure.
• Device management and good organizational skills; prioritise critical issues.
• Familiar with remote applications such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, MSP Link, VNC.
