Job summary

Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Dial-In Support Specialist in the Western Cape. The role focuses on remote diagnostics, software installation and upgrades for external customers, with emphasis on fault finding, first call resolution, and meeting service targets.

The ideal candidate will have reliable transport, be willing to work overtime when needed, and be able to update policies and procedures while managing device support and prioritising critical issues.

• Familiar with remote applications such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, MSP Link, VNC.
