Job summary

Dante Personnel in Durban North is seeking an IT support professional to perform remote diagnostics and remote user mobile support, install and upgrade software for external customers, and draft quotations. You must have reliable transport and be prepared to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities include updating policies, meeting service targets, and prioritizing critical issues. Familiarity with remote tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, MSP Link, and VNC is advantageous.
