Job summary

TransUnion GCC Africa seeks a Debt Counselling Administrator to support back‑office operations remotely. The role focuses on managing Debt Counselling requests, maintaining accurate consumer data, and providing timely feedback to Debt Counsellors through Salesforce.

You will work remotely, with occasional in-person events as needed, and contribute to service level agreements by processing requests accurately and efficiently while following regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and professional communication.

• Ability to work independently and use initiative within established processes.
• Proficiency with Salesforce for updates and feedback.
• Clear written communication for queries and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming requests and emails from Debt Counsellors promptly and professionally.
• Update consumer data across systems and process Debt Counselling requests.
• Update Form 17 and Debt Review status codes as required.
• Handle clearance certificate requests and payment profile updates.
• Provide timely feedback to Debt Counsellors via Salesforce.
• Meet SLA targets with accuracy and productivity.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Support team with additional administrative responsibilities as needed.
