Placements24 is seeking an innovative Management Consultant focused on Customer Experience (CX) strategy to join their remote-first team, serving clients across Port Elizabeth and beyond. You will help businesses understand and improve customer journeys, boost loyalty, and drive revenue through exceptional experiences.

You will leverage customer insights, design thinking, and digital technologies to create compelling CX strategies, working with cross-functional teams and presenting findings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer experience strategy, marketing, or UX consulting.
• Proven ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies and business recommendations.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, and customer analytics tools.
• Excellent qualitative and quantitative research skills, including survey design and analysis.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to clients remotely and in person when needed for project requirements in Port Elizabeth.

• Conduct customer journey mapping and analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
• Develop and implement data-driven customer experience strategies that align with business objectives.
• Advise clients on best practices for customer service, digital engagement, and personalization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform CX recommendations for clients.
