Placements24 is seeking a talented Management Consultant focused on Customer Experience (CX) to join our innovative team, offering a flexible remote work arrangement. This role requires deep understanding of customer behavior, digital engagement, and service design, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies for clients across sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer experience strategy, service design, or marketing consulting.
• Proven expertise in customer journey mapping, user research, and CX best practices.
• Strong understanding of digital channels and their role in customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Assess current customer experience strategies and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Design and implement customer-centric strategies, including journey mapping and service blueprinting.
• Advise clients on leveraging technology and data to personalize customer interactions.
• Develop and manage key performance indicators to measure the success of CX initiatives.
