• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.

• High level of empathy and patience when assisting customers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and social media platforms.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with order tracking, product information, returns, and exchanges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the website or order processing.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, marketing) to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the support system.
