Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be based in South Africa and have a reliable home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product and service issues.
• Document interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments.
• Provide product and policy information to customers.
• Maintain and update customer records and collaborate with team.
