Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a remote Customer Success Manager for the hospitality tech sector. You will onboard hotels and resorts, guide them through setup, and become their primary contact while working from anywhere in South Africa.

You will monitor product adoption, drive renewals, share feedback with product teams, and help clients maximize value. A Bachelor’s degree and excellent communication are required; experience in tech or hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in Customer Success or account management in tech/hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong software adoption and onboarding experience.
• Remote-friendly with strong organization and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and guide them through implementation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify client needs and propose solutions to maximize product value.
• Monitor client health and usage metrics to prevent churn.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews.
• Educate clients on new features and best practices.
• Coordinate with support to troubleshoot issues.
• Gather feedback for product improvements.
• Develop case studies and success stories.
