About the Role

You will act as a trusted advisor, proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and goals, and providing strategic guidance. Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers, providing comprehensive training and guidance to ensure successful adoption of services.
• Proactively engage with assigned customer accounts to monitor health, identify potential risks, and address concerns.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to understand customer objectives and ensure alignment with our solutions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs and goals.

Requirements
