ReWorks Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Consultant in South Africa. This full-time, remote role handles inbound calls, processes orders, and maintains customer records in systems such as HubSpot. You will ensure accurate data entry and deliver excellent service during US-hour support windows.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly in English, with strong multitasking and organizational skills, and can adapt to new tools and workflows in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal English communication with a clear, professional phone manner.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
• Basic CRM experience, preferably HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer service and order-related calls professionally.
• Respond to questions and provide accurate information on products and services.
• Process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Capture and update customer/order information in systems.
• Maintain spreadsheets and records in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Record interactions and order details accurately.
• Follow up on requests and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Provide a positive customer experience on every call.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure proper order processing.
