Placements24 is seeking an empathetic and professional Customer Service Representative Apprentice to join our remote team based in Polokwane. You will learn to assist clients, resolve inquiries, and develop communication skills in a supportive, work-from-home environment.

You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat; provide product information; troubleshoot issues; and log interactions in the CRM.
