Job summary

The role is home-based with Upington as the operational root, offering mentorship and hands-on training in real-world customer interactions. Ideal candidates have a Grade 12 or equivalent, strong verbal/written communication, and patience.

Qualifications

• A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening skills and patience when interacting with customers.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate online systems.
• Self-discipline and the ability to work effectively from a remote location.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally through various channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
