Job summary

Fortune Kutukwa is seeking Customer Service Agents for an online home shopping campaign. You will assist customers via email and live chat, handling inquiries, orders, returns, and issue resolution to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Role requires at least 3 years of experience in online retail/campaigns within a call centre, with Amazon experience and a Fibre internet connection for a work-from-home setup. Cape Town-based candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in online retail/ecommerce campaigns within a call centre.
Experience with Amazon.
Experience providing email and live chat support.
Matric is required.
Fibre internet required for work-from-home.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer questions regarding products, services, order status, and account information via email or chat.
Assist customers in placing, modifying, or cancelling orders and ensure accurate entry of order details.
Handle customer complaints about damages, incorrect orders, or delays and resolve issues.
Provide detailed information about products, including specs, availability, and pricing.
Assist customers in tracking orders and updating delivery estimates.
