Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their fully remote team supporting customers primarily in the Kimberley region. You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat, provide accurate information, and contribute to a positive experience with our client's offerings.

The role requires excellent communication, reliability, and problem-solving, with the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and common office applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience serving customers in South Africa is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns effectively.
• Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions within the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
