Job summary

Remote Recruitment is seeking a Remote Corporate Sales Specialist to drive new business for corporate training solutions. The role is fully remote, with potential regional engagement near Paarl, Western Cape.

You will own the full sales cycle, identify opportunities, present tailored learning solutions, and close deals with corporate clients. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in B2B sales, excellent communication, Salesforce proficiency, and a track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years in B2B sales focused on corporate services or HR solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience with CRM and sales tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities by prospecting corporate clients via multiple channels.
• Understand client training needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closing and onboarding.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas and build relationships with decision-makers.
• Stay informed on corporate learning trends and collaborate with marketing on leads.
