Formación

• A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in event planning, catering coordination, or hospitality sales with a focus on corporate events.
• Experience in menu planning, proposals, and budget management.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of their corporate event catering needs from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Develop customized catering proposals, menus, and event plans tailored to client specifications and budget.
• Coordinate logistics with on-site operational teams, ensuring timely delivery, setup, and service of food and beverages.
• Liaise with vendors, venues, and other service providers to ensure seamless event execution.
• Conduct site visits (where feasible or virtually) and client meetings to finalize event details.
• Manage event budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring profitability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during event planning or execution in a timely and efficient manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new catering concepts, and best practices in corporate event management.
• Maintain accurate event records, client information, and feedback reports.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of catering services and client satisfaction.
