Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of catering events, including logistics and culinary aspects.
• Serve as primary client contact, build relationships and understand client needs.
• Develop event proposals, timelines and budgets to ensure profitability and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with culinary teams, service staff and vendors for timely delivery of high-quality services.
• Oversee inventory management and resource allocation for events to minimize waste.
