Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end planning and coordination of catering events, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Serve as main client contact, addressing inquiries and providing updates throughout planning.
• Develop detailed proposals including menus, pricing, and service logistics.
• Coordinate with kitchen teams, service staff, and external vendors for smooth execution.
