Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Lead and coordinate remote teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets and track expenses.
• Prepare and manage contracts and negotiate terms.
• Identify and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide updates on project status to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and vendors.
• Uphold health, safety, and environmental regulations.
