About the Role

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to manage projects from anywhere in South Africa. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of complex construction ventures, driving efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. • Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills, adapted for a remote environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in risk management and quality assurance protocols.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and cost control.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Pr.Eng, or professional registration with relevant bodies are highly advantageous.
