Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in administrative or coordination roles, preferably in construction.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules and tracking progress.
• Manage project documentation: plans, permits, RFIs, submittals, change orders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel for on-time delivery.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, clients and stakeholders.
• Support procurement: requisitions, purchase orders, and invoicing.
• Assist in health and safety policy compliance on site.
