Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or admin role within construction.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Procore, and MS Office.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Gauteng construction terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with development and maintenance of project schedules and plans.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate communication between project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Track project progress, identify potential delays, and assist in mitigation strategies.
• Assist with site logistics, resource allocation, and procurement of materials.
• Ensure compliance with project administrative procedures and safety protocols on site in Soweto.
