Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing construction projects.
• Maintain and organize all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and correspondence.
• Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes and action items.
• Track project progress, deadlines, and milestones, and report any potential delays.
• Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage the flow of project-related information and ensure accessibility for the team.
