Job summary

Placements24 seeks a highly organized Remote Project Coordinator to support construction project teams. This fully remote role handles documentation, permits, reports, and virtual meeting coordination.

You will work with Project Managers and site teams to track timelines, milestones and deliverables, reporting deviations, and ensuring work stays on schedule and within scope. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in construction.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Asana, Monday.com and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication for remote work.
• Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.
• High school diploma; PM certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning and executing construction projects remotely.
• Maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, ensuring all participants have necessary information and materials.
• Track project timelines, milestones and deliverables, reporting deviations or delays.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, site teams and clients through digital channels.
• Process project-related invoices and expense reports in line with company policies.
