Collaborating with site teams, managers and clients, you will monitor progress, resolve issues and maintain quality using advanced digital tools in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 6 years of construction engineering or site supervision experience.
• Familiarity with scheduling and project management software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and QC.
• Excellent communication and remote coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and guidance for construction site operations.
• Review plans, specs and shop drawings for constructability and compliance.
• Monitor project progress and quality via remote reporting and data analysis.
• Assist in resolving technical challenges and conflicts during construction.
