You will lead a team of engineers, shaping architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance platforms that enhance safety and efficiency in construction. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead role,

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
Strong proficiency in backend languages (Python, Java, Node.js) and modern frameworks.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable software applications for the construction sector.
Mentor and guide a team of software engineers to sustain technical excellence.
Define and implement software architecture for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment (CI/CD).
Collaborate with product managers to define roadmaps and features.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve processes and products.
