Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join its construction team in a fully remote capacity. You will oversee technical and engineering aspects from inception to completion, ensuring plans, quality standards, and safety regulations are met, all while coordinating with on-site teams through digital channels.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (or related field) and at least 7 years in site engineering and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive site engineering and project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects remotely using digital communication.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and building codes.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote engineering oversight and technical direction for construction projects.
• Review and approve project plans, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Conduct remote site inspections and progress monitoring via digital tools.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, contractors, and design teams to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
