Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Construction Site Supervisor to provide remote oversight for projects across multiple sites. You will monitor progress, quality, and safety through digital tools, coordinating with on-site teams and managers without daily physical presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of on-site construction supervision or management.
• Proven ability to effectively manage and guide teams remotely.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in using digital communication and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote supervision and guidance to on-site construction teams and foremen.
• Monitor project progress through virtual check-ins, site reports, and photographic/video documentation.
• Ensure adherence to construction plans, specifications, and quality standards through remote verification.
• Identify potential site issues and coordinate with on-site personnel to implement corrective actions.
• Review daily site reports, safety logs, and progress updates submitted by site teams.
• Facilitate communication between remote project management and on-site operations.
