Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Construction Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of construction projects. You will manage project documentation, track progress, coordinate communications between stakeholders, and assist project managers in ensuring deadlines are met in a fully remote environment.

You will use construction PM software and cloud tools to streamline operations, maintaining file integrity and ensuring timely reporting.

Qualifications

Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in construction.
Familiarity with construction project management software and cloud-based collaboration tools.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and organizing project activities.
Maintain and organize all project-related documentation digitally (contracts, permits, drawings).
Coordinate communication between project teams, subcontractors, and clients via virtual channels.
Track progress, monitor timelines, and report on key performance indicators.
Manage project calendars, schedule virtual meetings, and take meeting minutes.
Facilitate procurement and track material deliveries for construction projects.
