Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Concierge Coordinator to support clients and guests remotely, coordinating services from a Pretoria-based operations hub. You will manage bookings, communicate via digital channels, and ensure high-level, personalized service for an international clientele.

Qualifications

• Experience in a concierge, personal assistant, or customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with exceptional communication skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for communication and task management.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and maintain a high level of discretion.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate guest requests including bookings, reservations, and local recommendations.
