Placements24 is assisting a luxury serviced apartment complex in Randburg to recruit a proactive Concierge Services Agent. You will welcome residents and guests, handle reservations, coordinate transport, and share local recommendations to ensure a premium experience.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, excellent communication, problem-solving, and meticulous organizational skills. A warm, professional demeanor and flexibility including weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or a similar client-facing position.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with reservation systems.
• A warm, professional demeanor and a passion for service excellence.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of personalized service to residents and guests, anticipating their needs.
• Assist with booking reservations for restaurants, tours, transportation, and entertainment.
• Handle inquiries and requests efficiently and courteoustly, whether in person, by phone, or via email.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, amenities, and services.
• Coordinate with external service providers to fulfill guest requests.
• Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
