Qualifications

• Previous experience in a concierge or guest services role within luxury hospitality.
• Exceptional knowledge of Cape Town and its offerings.

• Proficiency in relevant guest services software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, professional, courteous manner.
• Provide expert recommendations for local attractions, dining, entertainment, and transport.
• Arrange reservations for restaurants, tours, and activities based on guest preferences.
• Coordinate with external vendors to fulfill guest requests.
