Placements24 is seeking a sophisticated Remote Concierge Services Manager to lead a premium virtual team delivering bespoke travel, dining, event planning and lifestyle services for clients worldwide.

Based in Nelspruit oversight but fully remote, you will shape service standards, mentor the concierge specialists, build supplier relationships, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction across time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in luxury hospitality or elite concierge services.
• Proven remote team management experience.
• Strong problem-solving and resourcefulness.
• Global network of suppliers is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration preferred.
