Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years’ external experience in medical practice administration.
• Matric and a valid driver’s license are essential.
• Aptitude for numbers, preferably debtors or creditors experience.
• PC literate with intermediate to advanced Word and Excel.
• Excellent telephonic and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to establish and maintain excellent client relationships.

Aufgaben

• Manage and maintain relationships with clients and ensure professional image.
• Visit clients regularly to ensure compliance with pre-funding/administration agreements.
• Assist clients to reduce outstanding queries and ensure daily communication.
• Provide system training and onboarding support to new clients.
• Communicate rule/regulation changes promptly to clients and head office.
• Coordinate weekly planning and reporting to supervisors.
• Travel within Gauteng and surrounding regions; work from home in Johannesburg when needed.
