Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Client Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through setup and ensure successful adoption of our services. This fully remote role offers flexibility and requires strong communication and training abilities.

You will create onboarding materials, train clients, and collaborate with sales and support to ensure smooth handovers, tracking progress in CRM and maintaining detailed records. A home office with reliable internet is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in customer onboarding, client success, or similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with training ability.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through onboarding from setup to full utilization.
• Conduct personalized training sessions on product features.
• Develop onboarding materials, guides, and FAQs.
• Address client questions promptly during onboarding.
• Collaborate with sales and support to ensure seamless handover and ongoing relationship.
• Monitor client progress and identify potential roadblocks.
• Gather client feedback to improve onboarding process.
• Ensure clients understand value proposition and achieve initial success.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records in CRM.
