Job summary

Placements24 is hiring a Remote Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through setup, configuration, and training in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth initial experience and successful product adoption.

You will lead remote training sessions, configure client settings, and collaborate with sales and support to ensure seamless handoffs, while maintaining thorough onboarding documentation and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer onboarding, training, or related client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable delivering training remotely.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software and platforms.
• Proficiency with video conferencing and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack).
• Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, from initial kickoff to successful adoption.
• Conduct personalized training sessions and demonstrations for clients via web conferencing tools.
• Configure client accounts and settings based on their specific needs and requirements.
• Provide prompt and effective technical assistance during the onboarding phase.
• Develop and maintain onboarding documentation, guides, and best practice materials.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a smooth client handover.
• Monitor client progress and proactively identify potential roadblocks to adoption.
• Gather client feedback on the onboarding experience to identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the continuous refinement of onboarding processes and resources.
