Qualifications

• Proven track record in client relations, account management, or similar client-facing role, preferably in remote settings.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with ability to build rapport virtually.
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strategic mindset focused on client success and long-term partnerships.
• Experience in the software or technology sector is highly desirable.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of key clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for service enhancement or product adoption.
