Jobgether, in partnership with a client, seeks a Client Project Manager – Sales & Account Growth based in South Africa. You will drive new business, nurture client relationships, and ensure profitable project delivery in the property maintenance and refurbishment sector.

Use AI tools to streamline quotations, communications, and workflows. You will coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, manage quotations and invoicing, and pursue growth within existing accounts while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in property maintenance, refurbishment, construction, or related trades
• Track record of winning new business or growing existing accounts
• Strong sales and business development capabilities with client focus
• Excellent relationship-building and client management skills
• Confident negotiation with pricing, costs, and margins
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders including clients, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Hands-on use of AI tools for quotations and client communications is a plus

Responsabilités

• Identify and acquire new clients through outbound activities and referrals
• Prepare accurate, competitive quotations with clear scope and exclusions
• Negotiate pricing, availability, and terms with suppliers/subcontractors
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, materials, and site access for delivery
• Manage project delivery and timely payments from clients
• Monitor project profitability and manage changes in scope
