Job summary

The Optimal Group is seeking a commercially driven Client Project Manager for a remote role with UK-hours scheduling. You will win new clients, convert enquiries to bookings, and manage long-term relationships in property maintenance and refurbishment.

Responsibilities include coordinating engineers and suppliers, drafting competitive quotes, and driving profitability while using AI tools to boost productivity. A strong sales mindset and trade knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in property maintenance, refurbishment or related services.
• Track record of winning work or growing client accounts.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills with confidence to develop repeat business.
• Negotiation skills with understanding of pricing, costs and margins.
• Practical trade knowledge and commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Win new clients and grow accounts through outbound sales and referrals.
• Create clear, competitive quotes with scope and exclusions.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers for surveys and input.
• Own the client experience and manage project delivery from start to finish.
• Ensure invoicing within 24 hours of completion and monitor profitability.
• Leverage AI tools to draft quotes, communications and meeting prep.
