Pavago is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through onboarding and prepare them for their first podcast recording. You will lead welcome calls, coordinate technical setup, collect information, and ensure a smooth transition into recording.

The role emphasizes clear communication, organization, and client-focused support. Ideal candidates will manage multiple onboarding steps, assist with social media setup, and coordinate with the Client Success team to hand off

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service, client onboarding, or another client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Confident leading video calls and guiding clients through technical processes.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and follow up consistently on outstanding tasks.
• Comfortable using remote workflow monitoring software.
• Reliable computer with at least 8GB RAM and a high-speed internet connection.
• External webcam, quality headset or microphone, and a professional workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Lead welcome and onboarding calls with new clients.
• Review equipment needs and coordinate technical checks.
• Help clients complete social media and account setup.
• Track onboarding tasks and follow up on missing information.
• Update client records and prepare clients for their first recording.
• Coordinate completed onboarding details with the Client Success team.
