Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Clinician Onboarding Specialist to own our onboarding experience for new clinicians on a fast-growing virtual behavioral health platform. You will lead three-hour live onboarding calls, guide clinicians through the EHR and payroll system via screen share, and prepare materials ahead of each session.

This role includes follow-up support and process improvement to scale clinician experience.

Qualifications

• Clear, professional communication on live calls.
• Healthcare onboarding or clinical support experience preferred.
• Experience with EHR platforms and payroll systems.
• Comfort presenting on live screen-share sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead three-hour live onboarding calls with clinicians.
• Walk through EHR, payroll, and workflows with screen share.
• Prepare materials and coordination for each session.
• Follow up with clinicians and answer questions after sessions.
• Flag recurring issues to improve onboarding materials.
