Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree or P.Eng designation is highly desirable.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and project management.
• Proven track record leading remote engineering teams and managing projects virtually.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to a remote team of civil engineers on diverse infrastructure projects.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of multiple projects concurrently.
• Develop and implement remote project management practices and tracking.
• Ensure designs meet quality standards, regulatory requirements and client expectations.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative remote work environment.
