Placements24 is seeking a results-driven Construction Civil Engineer for a fully remote role. You will oversee the construction phase of diverse civil engineering projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence, while coordinating with site supervisors, contractors, and design teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, 8+ years of experience in civil construction project management and site supervision, and strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license is desirable.
• 8+ years of experience in civil construction project management and site supervision.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction operations for civil engineering projects.
• Develop and implement project schedules to ensure milestones are met.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and manage change orders.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental protocols on sites.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site progress reviews and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
