Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience in construction or development.
• Proven ability to manage projects remotely with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of construction and development projects remotely from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with on-site teams, contractors, and vendors through virtual channels.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules with critical path milestones.
• Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
