Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in chemical process engineering with a focus on optimization.
• Proficiency with process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, CHEMCAD).
• Strong data analysis and interpretation of industrial process data.
• Solid understanding of unit operations and chemical process principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process data from client operations to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve process efficiency, reduce waste, and improve yield.
• Use process simulation software to model and evaluate optimization scenarios.
• Provide remote technical recommendations and support to clients.
• Collaborate with client technical teams to implement improvements.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process performance and outcomes.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in process optimization.
• Conduct root cause analyses for issues identified via remote monitoring.
