The ideal candidate holds a PhD or MSc in Chemical Engineering with 10+ years in process design and optimization, proficiency in Aspen Plus and HYSYS, and strong technical writing for international collaborators.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in Chemical Engineering or closely related field required.
• 10+ years of chemical process engineering experience focused on design, optimization and troubleshooting.
• Experience with process simulation software (Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and data analysis tools.

Responsabilités

• Analyze existing chemical processes to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and propose advanced process improvements focusing on efficiency, cost and sustainability.
• Run virtual process simulations to predict outcomes of proposed changes.
• Collaborate with on-site and global researchers via digital platforms.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, feasibility studies and upgrade recommendations.
• Research new technologies in chemical process engineering for potential adoption.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
• Provide expert guidance to project teams remotely.
• Contribute to best practices for remote process analysis and improvement.
